A Letona, Ark. man was arrested Friday on Blackland Road near Pleasant Plains when a vehicle in which he was a passenger was clocked going 67 m.p.h in a 45 m.p.h.-posted zone.

In the police report, John Marlow, a deputy with the Independence County Sheriff’s Dept., noted he found the passenger, Michael T. Spear, 25, was wanted by Pangburn authorities in White County.
