After drinking with his wife all night until after 9 the next morning, a Stone County man is accused of punching her in the face several times, causing her to bleed profusely.
Police also said in the court information for the affidavit of probable cause for arrest that the suspect, James Andrew Fowler, 63, has a record of being convicted of three previous domestic battery charges, dating back to 2010.
He was charged last week with first-degree domestic battery and placed on a $30,000 bond.
