NEATennis, an organization committed to furthering the physical, mental and social benefits of tennis, is teaming with the Batesville Parks and Recreation Department to offer a new afterschool tennis program, the After School Tennis Zone for kindergartners through sixth-graders inside the Batesville Community Center.

The program will begin Monday, Feb. 12, and will run each Monday afternoon during the school year. The program is described as station-based and “…lots of fun and fitness” for children. Coaches are certified, and school buses will be able to drop children at the center.
