A two-vehicle accident in Cleburne County near Drasco took the life of a Batesville man Sunday afternoon.
Arkansas State Police Cpl. Lindy R. Cartwright, in her preliminary report, said the victim, Timothy Turney, 47, was driving his 2004 Hyundai northbound on Hwy. 25. A 2003 Chevrolet was traveling southbound on the highway. Cartwright said Turney failed to yield to vehicle one while making a left turn onto 5 Mile Road.
Cpl. Cartwright said the roadway was wet at the time of the accident.
