Colbey Frisbee has been named the community president for First Community Bank’s Cabot market, according to an announcement from David Wood, First Community Bank’s market president for Searcy and Cabot.

Frisbee joined First Community Bank in April of 2016 as vice president of commercial lending. Colbey has eleven years of banking experience and is a graduate of Arkansas State University at Beebe, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

“Colbey has shown his dedication to First Community Bank as well as his commitment to the betterment of the Cabot community,” said Wood. “His enthusiastic community spirit and strong work ethic are great attributes that will be valuable in his new role as Cabot’s community president. We have an awesome group of employees serving our Cabot market and Colbey will be a strong leader as we work to grow our brand in this progressive community.”

First Community Bank has expanded its presence in Cabot with the addition of a second full-service location at Hwy. 80 & 11 Prospect Court. The new location is scheduled to open later this month. Colbey will relocate his office to the new Prospect Court location upon its completion.

“I couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to serve as community president for Cabot,” said Frisbee. “In my mind, I have the best of both worlds. I am working in a community that I love to call home, and I work for a bank that believes in community. I can’t wait for our second location in Cabot to open so that we can offer another convenient banking center and better serve this area.”
