A man wanted by Stone County Authorities for felonies committed in an incident on August 25 is now in custody. (Click here for information on that previous story.) The Stone County Sheriff’s Office said it is grateful to the public for their assistance in apprehending 37-year-old Charles J. Youngberg who was charged with aggravated assault of his estranged wife.
The court placed Youngberg under a $20,000 bond and put him under a no contact order. The court information said Youngberg will be tried as a habitual offender, having previously been convicted of four felonies.
