The City of Mountain View announces a full schedule of events for Independence Day and Saturday, July 6.
Independence Day events kick-off with a patriotic ceremony on the Square at 9:45 a.m followed by the Red, White and Blue Parade at 10 a.m.
Live music entertainment on the Square from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
Saturday, July 6 brings the holiday weekend’s largest slate of events starting at 6 p.m. with live music from “Whoa Mule” at the Stone County Fairgrounds.
The local VFW chapter will have hamburgers and hot dogs for sale during that time, as well.
The night’s event wrap up with a stunning display of fireworks for the whole family to enjoy at dark.
