The Melbourne Bearkatz won their third game in a row to start the season Friday night over the Cave City Cavemen by a final score of 35-8.
The Bearkatz scored 35 unanswered points to begin the game, only allowing a Cave City touchdown after the mercy rule had been enacted.
The Bearkatz are open next week, two weeks from tonight they will head to Marion County to take on the Yellville – Summit Panthers.
