Authorities say a Stone County man was busy during the Christmas and New Year holidays breaking into two Mountain View businesses.

The Stone County Circuit Court information says Jesse Leon Oxford (pictured), 30, who lived in the Woody Street Trailer Park, illegally entered Hair Designs on Dec. 26, and demolished the business, taking several items, including a variety of shampoos.

The court documents then say on Dec. 30, Oxford broke into Tommy’s Famous Pizzeria on West Main Street in Mountain View where he is accused of taking money from the cash register. Court records say Oxford had around $150 in cash and a razor knife on him when he was arrested by the Mountain View Police Department.

He is charged on two warrants with two felony counts of commercial burglary and two counts of Class A misdemeanor theft of property. His bond was set at $25,000.

Authorities say some of the stolen property was recovered.
