Obituary: Bobby J. Hutchins

Bobby J. Hutchins, 80 of Cave City died Friday, Feb. 21, 2020, at his home.

He was born Aug. 3, 1939, in Bee Branch, Arkansas to James Hulen and Hazel L. (Mix) Hutchins.

He was a retired electrician and of the Baptist faith.  He was a veteran of the Arkansas Army National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Robert Hutchins; brother, Tony Hutchins and sister, Willa Dean Solida.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Ima Jean Preston Hutchins; one son, Randy Hutchins (Carol) of Batesville; three daughters, Rhonda Beard (Freddie) of Spring Mill, Teresa Cummings (Joey) of Prattsville and Lisa Rea (George) of Bethesda; three brothers, Windell Hutchins of Bee Branch, Bill Hutchins (Charlene) of Jonesboro and Farrell Hutchins (Vada) of Tuckerman; one sister, Merita Campbell of Heber Springs; 22 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 24, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Ron Canard officiating.

Burial followed in the Ward Cemetery in Strawberry.

Pallbearers will be Ron Preston, George Rea, Kyle Bradford, Steven Lewis, Johnny Butler, and Bobby Cummings.

Honorary pallbearers are Darron Preston, Reid Womack, Elliot Hutchins, and Eric Hutchins.
