Several inmates recently sentenced in the Stone County Circuit Court

Last Thursday, several inmates entered negotiated pleas of guilty and were sentenced in the Stone County Circuit Court.

Three were sentenced to probation on drug charges.

Charly M. Sisk was sentenced to 60 months probation and fined $2,500 plus court costs.

Courtney Jackson was sentenced to 60 months probation and fined $2,500 plus court costs.

And, Joshua P. Gardner was sentenced to 84 months probation and fined $2,500 plus court costs.

Two others were sentenced to probation on breaking or entering and theft charges.

Amanda F. Baty was sentenced to 72 months probation and fined $2,500 plus court costs.

And, Dylan J. Baker was sentenced to 48 months probation and fined $2,500 plus court costs.

Four people were given suspended sentences.

Willard E. Moyers was given an 84 month suspended sentence and was fined $2,500 plus court costs on drug charges.

Robert A. Case was given a 12 month suspended sentence and fined $1,000 plus court costs for endangering the welfare of a minor.

And, from the same incident, Phillip Travis Baugh and Leon Baugh were each given 12 months suspended sentences and fined $1,000 each plus court costs on fraudulent use of a credit card and theft charges.
