A pickup truck pulled over for a traffic violation in Mountain View on May 3 resulted in a number of felony charges for the vehicle’s passenger.

Franklin has been charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms; possession of cocaine with the intent to deliver; four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; theft by receiving (the handgun); possession of meth; possession of Tramadol; and possession of marijuana.
