Megan Trail, the shelter director with the Humane Society of Independence County (HSIC), recently visited with White River Now to discuss the upcoming 2020 “Phantom Bark in the Park,” a virtual week of fundraising for the HSIC, Oct. 26 through Oct. 31.

The online event will kick off with photo/video contests, t-shirt sales, donation locations, special treats with our partners, and live events. The event will be completed with the Rubber Duckie Regatta on Oct.31.
