Recent Circuit Court filings in Stone County find three people are being
accused of drug violations and one man with felony terroristic threatening.
Clinton Craig Hefton, 49, is the subject charged with terroristic threatening. The court information said Hefton threatened to get a firearm and shoot two subjects. The court record also contained a no-contact order which said Hefton is not to have contact by any means with Ethan Smith and Victoria Stair or any of their immediate family.
Hefton was jailed under a $20,000 bond.
The three people charged with drug violations were all charged after the vehicle they were in was stopped for a traffic violation. Two women, Gloria Faye Smith and Tiffany Marie DeMarco, were in the same vehicle when it was pulled over. The stop led to a search that found illegal drugs and paraphernalia.
Gloria Smith, 35, is charged with four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of possession of Meth, and two misdemeanor traffic violations.
DeMarco is charged with Possession of methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana.
DeMarco is also being charged as a Habitual Offender.
Donna Lenore Hilborn, 49, was pulled over in her vehicle on Oct. 17 on a traffic violation. The stop led to a search that found Hilborn to be in possession of hydrocodone without a prescription.
Hillborn was taken to jail and has been charged in Circuit Court with being in felony possession of a controlled substance.
Hilborn was released from custody on her own recognizance.
