There are some new Advantage Plans from Arkansas Blue Cross that offer more and better choices. Some plans have a $0 premium that includes extras like dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
Crouch Insurance also offers Advantage Plans from Allwell and AARP’s UnitedHealthcare. The Medicare Part “B” premium will be $144.60 for 2021.
This year there are many drug card options, as well, including Silverscript (Aetna) standard plan cost $24.30 for 2021. Sliverscript also offers a generic only plan that is only $7.50. Blue Cross has a prescription card for $19 a month. Open enrollment for seniors ends Dec. 7, 2020.
For people that have the Medipac Plan G from Arkansas Blue Cross, there is roughly a $10 increase in premium. Plan customers still get the Silver and Fit feature. There are no other changes in the plan.
