Captain Ricky Morales of the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department posted early Monday about an escapee from the Jackson County Detention Center.

Roger Dylan Rudd (pictured above in an image from Morales’ Facebook account) escaped from the Jackson County Detention Center around 9:30 pm on Sunday, Dec. 13.

Rudd was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, white shoes, and a brown jacket.

Rudd was awaiting transport to the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Morales noted that all citizens should not approach Rudd, but to call local law enforcement agency or the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office at (870) 523-5842.

Rudd may be with a Mark A. Tumey in a dark blue Nissan passenger car, Morales’ noted.
