Kay Berkey, age 66, of Mountain View, Arkansas, passed away Jan. 21, 2021, at Stone County Medical Center.
Kay was born May 8, 1955, to Leonard and Judy Russell Cluck in Wichita, Kansas.
Kay was a waitress and of the Baptist faith.
Kay is survived by her husband, David; daughters, Judy Kay Rodgers, of Mountain View, Arkansas, and Sarah Michelle Loggins of Bourbon, Missouri; one sister, Ada Thompson; and grandchildren Olivia Rodgers, Coleman Rodgers, Mary Ellen Rodgers, Paisley Rodgers, David Ryan Loggins, and Addie Loggins.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents. She was very loved and will be greatly missed.
Services are not planned at this time.
