Local businessman Bud Rolins dies

Bud Rolins passed away early Feb. 5, 2021.

He was born Feb. 1, 1952, in Batesville, AR.

Rolins was preceded in death by his first wife Teresa, sister Phyllis, grandson Dillon, and nephew Cameron.

He served his country honorably in the United States Army.

He is survived by his wife Betty, children Tony (wife Lisa), Carrie (husband Brandon), and Lindsey as well as 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

In life, Bud was an avid fisherman with a passion for his business of 35 years, Bud’s Home Appliance. He will be remembered as an amazing family man with a full heart. He will be truly missed and remembered.

Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR. There will be a visitation at Willis Funeral Service Chapel on Monday, Feb. 8, 2021, from 5 – 7 p.m.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021, at 2 p.m. at Campground Cemetery in Bethesda, AR.

All CDC guidelines for COVID-19 will be in place and masks must be worn.

Honored to serves as Pallbearers are: Brandon Renfrow, Jonathan Hunter, Zachary Rolins, Trevor Hutson, Stephen Rolins, Marty Rolins.

The family would like to recognize the following as Honorary Pallbearers: Dallas Rollins, Thomas Sellers, and Dillon Rolins.
