Dianne Elaine Rivers Tharp, 63 of Evening Shade passed away Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021, at her home.
She was born June 21, 1957, in Taiwan, Japan to Henry and Billie Marlene Steel Rivers.
She was a musician and a member of Bear Creek Church in Evening Shade. She was a past member of Evening Shade VFW Post 8042 Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Linda Sue Rivers Sharp.
Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Jeff Tharp of the home; sons, John Shands (Heather) and Josh Shands (Lisa) both of Evening Shade; step-daughter, Amie Wright (David) and step-son, Jared Tharp both of Hot Springs; sister, Juli Rivers Smith of Evening Shade; ten grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Robert Hutchison and Ron Helm officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bear Creek Cemetery in Evening Shade.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
