Mountain View Water Department Superintendent Keith Johnson tells White River Now that all customers of the system and the association connected to the system need to conserve water during this inclement weather.

“We are starting to lose ground on our water system, and any help could keep us from running out of water,” Johnson said in an email to White River Now late Wednesday morning.

Johnson and the city encourage all those utilizing the system to be strict in the conservation of water until further notice.
