Wilma Jean Sherrill, 83, of Aurora, Colo., passed away Feb. 9, 2021. She was born July 2, 1937 in Sidney, Ark. to the late Franklin Winfield Sherrill and Gertha Rudene Rattler Sherrill.
She graduated Ethel O’ Miller High School in 1957 and retired from AT&T formerly known as Mountain Bell Telephone Company.
She is survived by her son, Glenn Franklin Harrison; her daughters, Angela Harrison Pastrana and Kim Harrison; her former husband Robert Evans; her brother Cecil Sherrill; her grandchildren: Kabaka RaMessu, Keshawn Harrison, Kefrain Pastrana, Kayla Pastrana, Angel Harrison, Angelo Harrison, Jericha Harrison, and Kailei Harrison; 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends.
She is preceded in death by both parents; her former husband Glenn Harrison; and her brothers John Henry Sherrill, James Sherrill, William Hershal.
Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville. There will be a visitation Friday, Feb. 19, 2021, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Ms. Sherrill’s funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, 2021, at Willis Funeral Service Chapel followed by burial at Ruddell Hill Cemetery.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Carlos Ramsey, Arthur Montgomery, Daniel Smith, Milton Straw, Sherman Rucker, and Rico Neely.
