Jacob Dunne rushed for a school-record six touchdowns as the Southerners racked up over 600 yards in scoring a school-record 64 points against Little Rock Mills Friday Night wrapping up the conference’s number-two seed and a home playoff game in the 64-20 win.

The Southerners scored early and often Friday night, forcing a fumble on the opening kickoff and scoring on a Jaboc Dunne 16-yard run just 1:39 into the first quarter.
Mills answered with a 52-yard touchdown pass on the next play to make it 7-6.
Dunne ran for an eight-yard score on the next drive and the Southerners went up 15-6. Mills answered again with a one-yard run to cut the lead to one, 15-14.
The Southerners would go on a 43-0 run behind a stout defense and offense that Mills had no answer for and would lead 51-14 at the half.
The Southerners scored on all nine possessions in the game and had scoring drives of 83 and 90 yards in the mix.
The Southerners move to 7-2 overall on the season.
The Southerners wrap up the conference’s number-two seed and a home playoff game with the win and will finish the regular season with a trip to Bald Knob to take on the Bulldogs Friday.
