Obituary: Sue Pankey Wyatt

Sue Pankey Wyatt, 82, of Rosie passed away November 12, 2021.

She was born November 1, 1939, in Oil Trough, Arkansas to Archie and Jackie (Robertson) Pankey.

Sue was a member of Oil Trough United Methodist Church and was a giving person who was always concerned about her family. She was a great cook and would always cook way too much. She enjoyed going to the Oil Trough Senior Citizens Center, playing Rook and Bingo, and loved to scrapbook. She made many scrapbooks for her grandkids.

Survivors include three sons, Jimmy Wyatt, Jr. (Melody) of Little Rock, Jeff Wyatt (Christie) of Rosie, and Jack Wyatt of Rosie; one brother, James Dean Pankey (Jean) of Little Rock; one sister, Carol Riley of Oil Trough; eight grandchildren, Tyler Wyatt, Brady Wyatt, Carson Wyatt, Jake Wyatt, Shyanne Price, Andrew Price, Jennifer Anderson (Hayden), and William Wyatt; one great-grandchild, Kennedi Anderson, and two nieces, Janie McNeil and Carrie Ann Riley.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband, Jimmy Wyatt, Sr.

Pallbearers are Andrew Price, Hayden Anderson, Mike Crutcher, Barrett Arnold, Jamie Bledsoe, and Joseph Hankins. Honorary pallbearers are all of Sue’s grandsons, Jackie Cook, Gene Cook, Rick Fuller, Nate Fuller, and Blake Fuller.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 15, 2021, at 2:00 pm at the Oil Trough United Methodist Church under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home with Rev. Clayton Bulice officiating. Burial will follow at Wyatt Cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
