Darnell Jermaine Wells, 39, of Batesville, AR passed away on January 23, 2022. He was born on July 11, 1982, to Billy Conley and Syvatious Wells. Darnell enjoyed riding four-wheelers and music. He loved the simple things in life. Above all else, he loved his children more than anything in this world. Darnell was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend that will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
Darnell is survived by his wife, Jessie Wells; father, Billy Conley; daughters, Shelby Scroggins and Harlee Barnes; sons, Kyler Lanning and Keelan Lanning; brothers, Bobby Wells, Berry Beety, Kevin Conley, and Antown Hardaway; brother-in-law, James Lanning; sisters-in-law, Brittany Lanning and Misty Babb; grandson, Grey Scroggins; mother-in-law, Donna Lanning; and many cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother; one brother, Shawn Conley; and his cousin, Xavier Danny Wells.
Visitation will be Friday, February 4, 2022, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Willis Funeral Service, with graveside services at 2:00 p.m. in Ruddle Hill Cemetery.
