Dwight Nelson Ford, 75, of St. James passed away on January 29, 2022.
He was born January 17, 1947, in Batesville, Arkansas to Nelson Acree Ford and Geneva Eloise (Campbell) Ford.
Dwight was a hardworking man and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force who loved motorcycles, horses, and farming.
Survivors include his wife, Ana (Gonzalez) Ford; one son, Dwight Evans Ford of Charlotte; two daughters, Denise Franks of Marcella, and Laura Beth Ford Sandy of Batesville; three step-sons, Jason Mohlke of Melbourne, Jeremy Mohlke of Axtell, Texas, and Jeff Mohlke of St. James; one step-daughter, Racheal Johnson of Melbourne; twenty grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren with two on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers are Jacob Cook, Brandon Cook, Jimmie Franks, Ethan Mohlke, Noah Johnson, and Eli Johnson. Honorary pallbearers are Dwight Evans Ford, Jeff Mohlke, and Jason Mohlke.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 10:00 am at St. James Cemetery in St. James, Arkansas with Gary Don Fletcher officiating.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 1, 2022, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home in Batesville.
