
The NADT Dance Academy’s Competition Team braved the elements to get to their competition this weekend in Maumelle.

Drew Warden placed second overall for her solo to “A Friend Like Me.”

Jentri Meyers placed sixth overall for her solo, “Call Me Maybe.”
Kathryn Shaw and Chloe Jamora won third place for their tap duo “Na Na Na,” choreographed by Suzanne Maguoryk, and Carissa Cordell’s two solos both earned seventh overall with the exact same scores. Katie Crymes is the choreographer for Cordell and Meyers solos.
There were other group dances and several more solos earning platinum awards with several more top 10 placements. “NADT is very proud of our dancers and coaches,” said Hubberd.
