Bonnie Jean Nicklen, 89, passed away on June 3, 2022. She was born on November 11, 1932, in Mammoth Spring, AR to the late Joe and Dorothy “Smith” Hobbs.
Bonnie was the strength of her family and had a heart as big as Arkansas. In her free time, she loved cooking for her family and would cook a big meal every Thanksgiving, sewing, and spending time with her family.
Bonnie is survived by her brothers, Ted and Douglas Hobbs; sister, Naomi Mickinne; grandchildren, Gene Emmerich and Ladonna Bryant; great-grandchildren, Britney McCart, Brandon Emmerich, Codi Bryant, and Colton Bryant; seven great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gene Leroy Nicklen; daughter, Donna Joe Hobbs; sister, Jackie Marilyn; and brother, JD Hobbs.
