A Cleburne County man has been arrested after a year-long investigation in a juvenile assault case, according to Sheriff Chris Brown.

Scott Linn, 57, of Quitman, was arrested for one count of rape and one count of sexual assault, Brown said. Linn is currently being held in the Cleburne County Jail on a $150,000 bond.

Sheriff Brown said in a social media post that his department along with the Quitman Police Department and the Heber Springs SWAT team executed a search warrant at Linn’s residence and business on Thursday, seizing several electronic devices.

Jonesboro’s Region 8 News reported Linn owns Grand Master Han’s Martial Arts in Quitman. The station said the business’s website lists Linn as a martial arts instructor with extensive experience training kids. (Click here for the Region 8 story.)

Brown said the case involving Linn involves two separate victims, but an investigation is continuing as detectives have reason to believe there might be more who haven’t come forward.

The department asks that anyone with information on the case to contact its Criminal Investigation Division at (501) 362-8143.
