Obituary: Lola Louise Eubanks Sensabaugh

Lola Louise Eubanks Sensabaugh, 78, of Cave City passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023, at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born August 21, 1944, in Texarkana, AR; she was the daughter of Addie Mae Eubanks and the niece of Guy and Ozella Taylor.

She co-owned and operated Cave City Florist for 30 years until her retirement. Prior to that she and her husband, Norman, owned and operated the Mini-Mart in Cave City. She was active in the Cave City Fire Department Auxiliary for many years and was known for supplying cheese logs and fudge to all the firemen. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends (especially her grandsons), gardening and being active in her church. She was a member of the Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughter, Tammy Conyers of Cave City; daughter-in-law, Tanya Sensabaugh of Cave City, AR; grandchildren, Morgan and Enith Sensabaugh of Batesville, AR, Caleb Conyers of Cave City, AR and Mason and Holly Sensabaugh of North Las Vegas, Nevada; along with many relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Norman Sensabaugh; her son, Chris Sensabaugh; her mother; uncle Guy and aunt Ozella Taylor; her “brother” B.T. Taylor and “sister” Louise Smithee.

Visitation will be Monday, January 23, 2023, at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Eddy Lee and Bro. John Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Pallbearers will be Ronny Milligan, Curt Coles, Billy Corter, Billy Penn, Kenny Wilson, and Justin Wilson.
