Sally Ann Petty, 68, passed away on February 24, 2023. She was born in Rochester, New York, on August 28, 1954, to Robert and Isabelle Lafferty.
Sally was a joyful person with a caring and outgoing personality. She was also always willing to go out of her way to help others. Sally was of the Christian faith and a devoted member of the Church of God. In her free time, Sally enjoyed gardening, walking in her neighborhood, or listening to music. But most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend who will forever be cherished in the hearts of those that loved her.
She is survived by her sons, Jonathan Petty and Ben Petty (Victoria), and grandchildren, Evelyn Petty and Eleanor Petty. She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Michael Petty; son, Bill Heidebrecht; and sisters, Peggy Lafferty and Sharon Lafferty.
