A tip to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children prompted an investigation that resulted in the arrest of a Cleburne County man on Wednesday.
According to a release from the Arkansas State Police, Kevin Alan Broyles, 34, was charged with distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
The release said Broyles told investigators he had been living with a friend in Heber Springs for about a year. He is being held at the Cleburne County Detention Center.
