Batesville Pioneers head baseball coach Tony Roepcke has been named Coach of the Year by Scoreboard Live (SBLive) Arkansas.
According to SBLive’s Kevin Bohannon, the online sports site compiled three teams featuring players statewide for its all-state baseball teams, along with a player, pitcher, coach, and newcomer of the year.
Bohannon singled out Roepcke, the Pioneers’ 5A-East runner-up 10-4 record, and the team’s 21-11 overall 2023 record.
