Anna Marie Austin, 95, of Hardy passed from this life on June 28, 2023. She was born to Robert and Katie (Galloway) White on January 23, 1928, in Tupelo, Arkansas.
Anna was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, quilting, and fishing. She was of the Baptist belief and enjoyed reading her bible.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William “Bill” Eugene Austin; her infant daughter, Alayna Marie; her brothers, Charles Goldman, Doyle “Bud” White and Donnie Stone; her sisters, Allene Robertson, Dolly Middlebrook, Ruby French, and Kathleen White.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Austin (Jackie) of St. Petersburg, Florida and Mark Austin of Smithville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jennifer Keathley (Tony) of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Jessica Palmer (Steve) of Hernando, Mississippi, David Austin of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Mackenzie Austin of St. Petersburg, Florida; her great-grandchildren, Austin Gayhart, Rylan Gayhart and Camden Gayhart.
Service will be at 12:00 pm on Monday, July 3, 2023, at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 11:00 – service time. The interment will be at Sand Hill Cemetery.
