Timothy Wade (Timmy) Henderson, 47, of Newport, departed this life on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. He was born in Newport on May 31, 1976, to James Lee and Peggy Sue (Wright) Henderson.
Timmy was very outspoken and was known as the life of the party. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed any chance to hang out with them at family get-togethers. He was a sports fanatic who enjoyed not only football but baseball and basketball too. He was a friend to all who knew him and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his biological mother, Phyllis Henderson; his grandparents, Artilee and Lucy Henderson; and his great-nephew, Timothy Crowder.
He is survived by his brother, Heath Henderson of Conway; his sister, Janie Willard (Grady) of Newport and numerous nieces and nephews.
Service will be at 10:00 on Monday, October 2, 2023, at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 9:00 until service time. The interment will be at Balch-Johnston Cemetery.
