A Stone County man has been charged in circuit court with rape, second-degree sexual assault, and sexual indecency with a child.

According to the court record, Stone County Sheriff’s Department authorities started the investigation earlier this year after a tip from the Child Abuse Hot Line regarding Johnny Baker, 55, of Timbo, Ark.

After an interview with the victim, authorities determined there was probable cause to arrest and charge Baker. Baker (pictured below) was arrested and placed under a bond set at $200,000.
