Robert ”Bob” White, 70, of Batesville passed away Saturday, February 24, 2024.
He was born January 27, 1954, in Batesville to Frank E. White and Iva Mae Harkleroad White.
Bob was a devoted husband and father and loved his family greatly. He was a man of few words but was very tender-hearted. Bob was very dependable and reliable and enjoyed fixing all things mechanical. He drove a road grater for the Arkansas Highway Department for over 30 years and loved heavy machinery. He liked fishing, four-wheeling, and working on cars. He also enjoyed antique tractor shows and tractor pulls.
Survivors include his wife, whom he married January 2, 1988, Patricia (McGuffey) White of the home; one son, Jon White of Conway; one daughter, Jessica White (Daniel Holcomb) of Conway; one brother, David White (Beverly) of Southside; one grandchild on the way, and several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Cathy White.
Pallbearers are Jon White, Brandon White, Daniel Holcomb, and Justin Wilson.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Egner Cemetery.
