Stephanie Hoosier Gillmore, 45, of Sulphur Rock passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024.
She was born May 31, 1978, in Waukegan, Illinois to Robert and Gloria (Thomas) Hoosier.
Stephanie was a 1997 Cord-Charlotte High School graduate who served in the US Army and was deployed to Iraq. She was a strong-willed, caring woman who was family-oriented, adventurous, and good-spirited, smiling through all of her illness. Stephanie enjoyed working in flowerbeds, spending time with family, traveling, and watching NCIS on TV.
Survivors include her husband, whom she married on March 18, 2013, Gary Gillmore of the home; two sons, Errik Redland of Sulphur Rock, and Jonathon Gillmore of the home; two daughters, Emma Gillmore of the home, Victoria Mundine of Texas; her parents, Robert and Gloria Hoosier of Cave City; mother-in-law, Mary Gillmore of Sulphur Rock; one brother, Bob Hoosier of Cave City; one grandchild, James Gillmore Bartlett, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, and one son, Eli James Gillmore.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
