Bradford woman killed after vehicle strikes tree

Arkansas State Police say a Bradford woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Tuesday afternoon in rural White County.

According to the fatality report, 29-year-old Miranda Thomas died after her southbound 2012 Jeep Compass left State Highway 87 to the right and then struck a tree. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident occurred around 1:10 p.m. on Tuesday, and the report noted the weather was cloudy and the road was dry.
