Paul Richard Rouleau, 35, passed away on April 26, 2025, in Batesville, AR. He was born on August 3, 1989, in Lancaster, California, to Richard Paul Spencer and Colleen (Roslyn) Rouleau. Paul was an extremely hard worker and very respectful. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was a good person and a great friend. Paul will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
Paul is survived by his father, Richard Paul Spencer; daughter, Heaven Leann Wadkins; grandparents, Susan Michaels and Vince and Debbie Rouleau; aunts, Marianne Harmon (Bill) and Carrie Richardson; uncles, Corey Spencer, Brian Spencer, and Mike Spencer; and several extended cousins and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Colleen Rouleau; great-grandparents, Paul Richard Spencer and Patricia Spencer; grandfather, Richard Patrick Spencer; and aunts, Collette Rouleau and Tangy Spencer.
