She also shared a special bond with her two beloved dogs, Buzz and Barney, who brought her daily comfort and companionship.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Aubrey Smith; and her sister, Dee Moody.
Lena is survived by her daughters, Angela Roberson Stroud and Kim Roach (James); her grandchildren, Amber Witt (Roger), Brandon Roberson, and Braxton Roach (Patrica); her great-grandchildren, Brayden Witt, Brylee Witt, Zaiden Roberson, and Dacey Roach; her niece, Gail Gillmore, and her nephew; Odell Moody (Sandra), one great niece and several great nephews. She also leaves behind her dear friends Barbara Brunch, Beverly Greenfield, Kim Middleton, and her beloved Concord Methodist Church family.
