Margaret Alice Parish, age 83, of Batesville, Arkansas, passed away on May 18, 2025, at White River Medical Center.
Margaret was born in Magness, Arkansas, to the late E.R. Melton and Berla May Todd. She worked for many years as a factory worker at General Tire and proudly earned her GED.
Margaret was a woman of many talents and passions. She loved to sew, crochet, and quilt, and found great joy in gardening. She also enjoyed watching Bob Ross paint on television, appreciating both his soothing voice and artistic skill. Margaret was a devoted member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses and attended the Kingdom Hall.
She is survived by five grandchildren: Tina Parker (Joe), Tony Watkins, Terri Lankford, Latasha Jordan (Rusty), and Lateasha Dailey; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Robbie Thompson and Clarenia Depelle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, William Parish; her daughter, Joyce Dailey; and her brother, Austin Williams.
A private burial will take place at a later date.
Margaret will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
