Laurie Susan Kyle, 64, of Mount Pleasant, passed away June 10, 2025, at Mt. Pleasant. She was born December 6, 1960, at Houma, LA, to Daniel and Joyce Chauvin. She was a Credentialing Specialist and a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church of Mt Pleasant. She enjoyed gardening, riding motorcycles with Brian, spending time with family, cooking, and she loved her animals.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Carolyn Waltmon; her cousin, Bubba Phillips; her sister-in-law, Kim Chauvin, among other family members.
Survivors include her partner in life, Brian Leonard; son, William Matthew Daigrepont; daughter, Gabrielle Galjour; her brother, Dan Chauvin; sister, Jean Faciane; three grandchildren, Callie Doyle, Shelby Broyles, Eric Broyles; three nephews, Brannon Venable, Ross Chauvin, Robert Neal, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held (by the family) at a later date.
