Stone Bank, founded in Mountain View, has once again earned a spot on the annual “Best Places to Work” list published by Arkansas Business, marking the third consecutive year the institution has received the recognition, the financial institution said in a news release.
The ranking is based on a comprehensive evaluation conducted by the Workforce Research Group, which includes a management-submitted narrative, an anonymous employee survey, and a comparative analysis with peer institutions.
“Stone Bank challenges our employees to focus on excellent customer service with our 10 Be’s of Boulder Banking,” said April Wilkins, branch manager in Mountain View. “The bank offers competitive benefits, including 15 to 30 days of paid time off, medical coverage paid at 90% to 100%, leadership development, and even optional pet insurance.”
Founded in 2011, Stone Bank has grown from a local institution with less than $90 million in assets to a statewide bank with seven locations and assets totaling $867 million. Current branches include Mountain View, DeWitt, Gillett, Harrison, Little Rock, and White Hall.
The “Best Places to Work” recognition highlights the bank’s emphasis on employee satisfaction and organizational culture amid its rapid growth.
