Gail Bresette, 62, of Timbo, Arkansas, passed away on July 23, 2025, at Stone County Medical Center. She was born on August 17, 1962, in Marshall, Arkansas, to Troy and Donna Sue (Nash) Branscum.
Gail was a Christian and of the Baptist faith. A dedicated caregiver, she worked in home health for more than 30 years. Most recently, she fulfilled a lifelong dream by starting her own business, Gail’s Services for the Elderly. Her compassion, patience, and heart for helping others touched the lives of many.
Gail’s greatest joy came from her family—especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed gardening, decorating for the holidays, caring for animals, baking, camping, and taking cruises. Her warmth, kindness, and generous spirit endeared her to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Roger Freeman, and her parents, Troy and Donna Branscum.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 22 years, Steven Bresette of Timbo, Arkansas; her six children: Brittany (Andy) Avey of Timbo, Arkansas; Joseph Bresette of Yellville, Arkansas; Jennifer (Billy) Engledue of Gramercy, Louisiana; Onva (Matthew) Yingling of Botkinburg, Arkansas; Daryl (Emily) Hoffman of Conway, Arkansas; and Stephanie (Brandon) Labat of Clinton, Arkansas. She is also survived by thirteen adored grandchildren: Josh, Braden, Cole, Blayne, Logan, Dawson, Tyler, Abbygael, Braylon, Kannon, Lacey, Ellie, and John; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025, from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, at the Mountain View Funeral Service Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 10:00 am with Brother Junior Barham officiating. Interment will take place at Angora Cemetery in Leslie, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Andy Avey, Matthew Yingling, Brandon Labat, Bobby Nash, Jim Bresette, and Josh Avey.
Honorary Pallbearers are Jimmy Breedlove, Jake Boyd, Stacy Smith, Jarrett Yingling, and Gary Adams.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Mountain View Funeral Service.
