Christy James, 51, of Lebanon, Illinois, passed away on August 1, 2025, in Lebanon. She was born January 22, 1974, in Russellville to John A. James and Patsy (Ballard) James. She was a registered nurse and a real estate agent. She enjoyed cooking, baking, shopping, going to the beach, and her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, John D. James; one sister, Sandy Mickle and one grandson, Owen Dobbins.
Survivors include three daughters: Regan Dobbins (Matt) of Mt. View, Alison Allman (Daniel) of Southaven, MS and Lexie Spence of Lebanon, IL; four grandchildren, Brinkley, Casey, Morgan Allman of Southaven, and Oliver Dobbins of Mt. View.
Memorial visitation will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel.
Private burial will be in the James Cemetery.
