Palma Jean Mink, 90, of Bono, passed from this life on August 13, 2025, in Jonesboro. She was born February 1, 1935, to Cecil and Bernice McDaniel.
Palma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James “Sonny” Mink; her brother, Jack McDaniel; her sisters, Carlotta Swaller and Peggy Hileman.
She is survived by her son, Mike Mink; her daughter, Lynne Cook (Brett); her grandchildren, Tyler and Ashley Beard; her great-grandchildren, Austin and Madelyn Beard; numerous nieces and nephews and a lifetime of friends.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Randy Sandefur, Donald Swaller, Paul Hileman, Scott Foushee and Jimmy Cook.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bono Church of Christ Food Pantry.
Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Watson Cemetery.
