Gracie I. Lemons, 80, of Smithville, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at her home. She was born in Blytheville on November 11, 1944, to the late Troy and Ethel Brooks.
Gracie was a devoted Registered Nurse for years. She loved to care for people and help those in need.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Raymond Lemons Jr.; sisters, Thelma, Sybil and Shirley; brothers, Henry Brooks, James Brooks and daughter, Lisa Clifton.
She is survived by her sisters, Wilma Woods of Paragould, Erma Brown of Smithville, Betty Richardson of West Plains, MO,; brother, Troy Brooks of Lepanto, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel.
