
A Mississippi man was killed and his passenger injured Saturday evening when their motorcycle struck a deer and overturned on Highway 14 near Norman Road in Fifty-Six, according to Arkansas State Police.
Steve Grisham, 57, of Belzoni, Mississippi, was driving a Kawasaki KLR 650 westbound when the collision occurred about 5:47 p.m., police said. The impact caused the motorcycle to overturn.
His passenger, Angela Grisham, 57, also of Belzoni, was taken to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Her condition was not immediately available.
Police reported clear and dry weather conditions at the time of the crash.
