Beverly Lynne Mason, 69, passed away on October 11, 2025, in Melbourne, AR. She was born on January 2, 1956, in Batesville, AR, to the late James Andrew Hill and Veda Ruth (Barnes) Hill. Beverly enjoyed watching the Arkansas Razorbacks basketball, sitting on the front porch, and attending church at Chinquapin Church of Christ. Above all else, she loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, and sisters. Beverly was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be greatly missed by all those blessed to know her.
Beverly is survived by her son, Matthew Mason (Shauna); daughter, Holly Cooley (Wade); grandchildren, Ashlyn Everett, Tapanga Whiteker, Natalie Adams, Amber Mason, Austin Mason, Tristen Cooley, and Novalee Cooley; great-grandchildren, Tracy Whiteker, Jaxon Adams, Morgan Whiteker, Waylon Adams, and Ellie Joe Adams; and sisters, Anita Freiert (Rick), Lesa Dame, and Becky Carlile (Tom). She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Jimmy Hill and Mike Hill.
Visitation will be held at Willis Funeral Service Chapel on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 6 PM until 8 PM. The funeral service, officiated by Farris Keller and Leonard Tharp, will be on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Willis Funeral Service Chapel beginning at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Cushman, AR. Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Jonathan Freiert, Jeffrey Freiert, Edward House, Michael House, Austin Mason, and Tristen Cooley. Honorary pallbearers are The Staff at Pioneer Nursing and Beverly’s special friend, Judy Minton.
