Roger Curtis Schnyer, 63, of Batesville, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025, in Batesville. He was born on October 28, 1962, in Batesville to Roger Carl and Janice Willene (Royal) Schnyer. He was a computer programmer technician and a 1981 Southside High School graduate.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Richard Carl Schnyer and one sister, Cheri Renee Schyner.
Survivors include his son, Jacob Daniel Schnyer; his grandson, Jasper Schnyer; his close friend for many years, Cathy Staik, along with her daughters, Brittany Malloy (Daniel), Whitney Fitzpatrick (Dusty); Cathy’s grandchildren, Brayden, Madison, Bayleigh, Alaina, Alauna, Evelyn, Remington and Cassidy.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel.
